Fondue Night

There is a special Fondue Night arranged in a rustic mountain hut, should you wish to try this superb speciality.

There are a number of different types of Fondue on offer:

  • FONDUE FROMAGE, which is a delicate blend of cheeses, wine and Kirsch, served bubbling in a pot with cubes of bread and pickles.
  • FONDUE AU TOMATES, which is the same blend of cheeses, but with the delicate flavour of tomatoes within, and served with piping hot new potatoes.
  • RACLETTE, which is a different cheese, melted on a grill and scraped onto your plate and served with hot new potatoes
  • FONDUE BOURGIGNONNE, which is the traditional meat fondue. Cubes of prime filet steak for you to cook in a pot of hot, clear oil. Served with salad and French-Fries, this is a brilliant dish
