Skiing:

Novice skiers:

The Engadine has superb novice slopes and the ski schools have an exellent reputation. There are 31 blue runs to start you on, and 22 red runs when you are ready for them.

Intermediate skiers:

There is more skiing in the ski region than in the entire ski regions of most resorts in the world. Brilliant red runs and jumps make this a must for intermediates.

Advanced skiers:

We challenge you to find more extensive advanced skiing! 35 black runs, superb Off-Piste and abundant heli-skiing and boarding. You will love it!

Cross country skiers:

Over 180kms of cross country skiing - more than the entire ski region of most resorts in the Alps!

Night Life:

Aprés-ski is brilliant here, with informal bars and restaurants and very good value to the top and 4 & 5 star hotels and restaurants.

Drinks prices are very good value for a top ski resort (from only CHF6 - approx £3.70 - for a pint) and Pontresina's mountain restaurants are reasonably priced and with excellent food. The village is known for it's excellent food and restaurants
