Top quality golf courses...

We include green fees in the holidays price and, depending on whether you have the 3 or 5 day Golf Safari, 2 or 4 different and top quality golf courses in central Switzerland - you choose the courses! A short description follows below, but click on the logos to go to the info pages for each golf course with full details

Green fees are included in your holiday

Engelberg Golf Course

Although classified as an alpine golf course, the Engelberg course is situated on level terrain, providing both golfers with higher handicaps and advanced players with a real challenge

Mario Verdieri of Grison, who has wide experience in designing golf courses, has integrated the fairways into the natural surroundings with great sensitivity

The greens are well protected by bunkers and water hazards. Each of the 18 holes has its own character and poses a real challenge to all players. Golfers can enjoy unique panoramas of snow-capped mountains in two directions

Kussnacht am Rigi Golf Club

This attractive 18-hole golf course situated centrally in the heart of Switzerland is diverse and challenging to the beginner as well as the handicap player. This fascinating golf course has been embedded into the hilly moraine landscape between the Lake of Zug and the Lake of Lucerne

In Kussnacht am Rigi the well-known golf course architect Peter Harradine has built a spacious 18-hole, par 68 course with a total length of 5397 meters. The invariably challenging holes offer a unique experience for every golfer. The fairways pass through the various small valleys of the moraine landscape and some of them are bordered on both sides by old-growth forest

All facilities of the golf course Kussnacht am Rigi are perfectly groomed and exquisitely maintained. WWF oversaw the construction right from the start and upon its completion the course was awarded the title "especially environmentally compatible and nature-friendly sports and leisure facility".

Sempachersee Golf Club

Golf Sempachersee is located at 690 meters above sea level in Hildisrieden, a former alpine health resort aptly called the sunning terrace of Lucerne

The town is usually above the foggy mists in autumn and affords a magnificent view into the distance in clear weather. The alpine panorama extends to Säntis, Mythen, Rigi, Titlis, Pilatus, and on to the Bernese Alps and the Jura

The 18-hole course is a par 72 and has a total length of 6,161 meters. With the course’s well-staggered tee markers, the degree of difficulty can be varied substantially. A round played from the markers furthest from the hole is the tournament version of the course whereas recreational golfers can enjoy a relaxing round in scenic landscape teeing off from one of the closer sets of markers.

Golf Club Holzhausern

Golf Club Holzhausern is linked with Ennetsee Golf Club. Established in 1992 and with views across the lakes this is a par 72 course, 5882m long and designed by Mario Verdieri, who also designed the Engelberg Golf Course

The course record is 69, set in 2005. A flowing course, this is a good choice for all levels of golfer and with a very nice club house and restaurant.
